The in phase motor bus transfer relay has broke and a new one won't come in for a few weeks. The boss is relying on you to motor the system and manually transfer the system in phase if a source is lost. You are good and are concentrating really hard, so hard that time has slowed down to 1/60th normal time. You think you might be able to do this but you'll have to initiate the closing of the breaker so that it closes close enough in sync to not violate the 1.33 V/Hz criteria. Can you do it and keep your boss happy? Minimize the voltage difference across the breaker relative to frequency!
